Website analytics notice
I/O SPINE uses a first-party analytics system to understand how visitors find and use our public website. Basic analytics runs without a persistent visitor identifier. You can separately choose whether an anonymous browser identifier may recognise return visits.
What we collect
We collect a temporary identifier for the current browser session, page paths, referral domains, campaign tags, device category and interactions with selected website controls. The temporary identifier expires with the browser session and does not identify returning visitors. If you allow return-visit analytics, we also store a persistent anonymous browser identifier. Your choice is renewed after 12 months or when this notice changes.
What we do not collect
Analytics does not collect passwords, payment-card details, authentication tokens, contact-form contents or project-brief text. Private learning, account, dashboard and payment pages are excluded from website analytics.
Your choice
You may decline return-visit recognition and continue using the website. Basic, session-only analytics continues, but separate visits cannot be linked to the same anonymous visitor. Disabling return-visit recognition immediately removes the persistent anonymous visitor identifier. Analytics events retained by I/O SPINE are automatically deleted after 12 months.
